Ｏｒｒａ candle holders are handmade of salts from the Holy Land
combined with natural brownish earth pigment.
The metal seat is made of gold hue anodized aluminium with a fine delicate satin finish.
The salt crystals makes a special effect of translucent light that gives warmth and softness.
The candle holders can be used for ceremonials as well as an ornament for a soft and purified environment.
The candle holders base is wide and may be used with various sizes of candles.

Each box comes with a pair 5″ length of 100% pure handmade beeswax candles.
Beeswax candles are eco-friendly ,burn longer and have gentle scent.

Simply wipe the candle holders with a damp cloth.
Do not put under running water/dishwasher or in environment above 75% humidity.
ORRA should be used with non-dripping candles, preferable natural beeswax.

Do you let Shabbat candles burn out?
Yes, you do. It is considered best if they burn out only after the Shabbat meal or after it gets dark so one can get some benefit from their light.
Why do you cover your eyes when lighting Shabbat candles?
The cover of the eyes is to avoid deriving any benefit from the light until the blessing has been recited.
Why do we light 2 Shabbat candles?
One candle symbolizes remembering, as fulfilling the structure or law and the other symbolizes observing, as fulfilling the meaning, the spiritual aspect.
Can you use tea lights for Shabbat?
Yes, there are no rules to which candles must be used though traditionally the candles used are taller to light for a longer time.
